New Technology for Ecology and Environment 2019
The International Summit of New Technology for Ecology and Environment 2019 was held at the Nanjing International Expo Centre on October 11, attracting nearly 500 domestic and foreign environmental protection companies and research institutes. Mr. Weber, Representative of the State of Baden-Wuerttemberg in China, accompanied the Vice Minister of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment of the People’s Republic of China Mr. Zhuang Guotai to visit the exhibition hall.
Having been held for 10 times since 2009, the summit this year brought into the spotlight the latest creative and innovative technology from the world, and also featured conservation and ecological restoration of Yangtze River. New ideas attracting most attention at this year’s event included intelligent compression trash can, amphibious monitoring vessel capable of automatic sampling, and utilization of corn starch to treat black and odorous water bodies in rural areas.
